Wave mosaic design Unlike single-layer vibrating mosaics, pressed mosaics consist of different layers: 1- The surface layer or mosaic color: This layer includes colored aggregates, cement and paint, and in fact, the color and design of Persian mosaic depends on this layer. 2- Bottom or sub-layer mosaic: This layer is composed of sand, sand and cement (actually a concrete with a low slump). In the production of sub-pressed mosaic, the above two layers are poured in special molds, respectively, then these layers are compressed using the presses of the press machine. After the curing and complete hydration of the cement in the mosaic, the surface layer is washed by special sub-machines and the color of the mosaic and aggregates are revealed.                   Soon
