Uses of construction profiles
1- Most of the profiles are used to make iron doors and windows. These profiles, which are divided into groups from 1 to 7 in terms of size and specifications, can be used in the construction of windows and their frames.
2- They use square and rectangular profiles with small sections as metal railings for doors and windows of houses, side stairs, as well as fencing around factory walls and enclosed lands, and sidewalk and street railings.
3- Square and rectangular profiles with larger sections, which are known as columns, are also used in many cases, including the construction of columns and metal structures of buildings. Also, if these profiles are made with reliable physical specifications, they can be used in the construction of trailers and tankers. These profiles are made in square sections from 60 by 60 mm to 270 by 270 mm and in rectangular sections from 40 by 100 mm to 135 by 300 mm and their thickness is from 2.5 to 8 mm.
4- Square and rectangular profiles are also widely used in the automotive industry. Square profiles are also used to make table and chair bases.
5- Z-shaped profiles are mostly used to cover the roofs of sheds.
6- Corner and stud profiles are also produced by cold rolling method. Corner profiles from 20 to 50 mm wings and stud profiles 10, 12, 18 are in this category of products. Corner profiles can be used in the construction of large iron door frames and a variety of metal molds used in machinery. Small studs are used in such cases as shop shutters.
