Diaphragm pump

Product Order
Product Description
Diaphragm pump The unique electric diaphragm pump combines the benefits of an air diaphragm pump with the efficiency of an electric drive. Available for the industrial market (ATEX options) and food, beverage and personal care programs (CE1935 / 2004 and FDA & 3A). How does a dual power diaphragm pump work? The difference between an aircraft diaphragm pump and the central part of the aircraft is that it uses an electric drive instead of compressed air. The central part of the pump is filled with compressed air and is driven by the engine to the left / right to push the diaphragm from left to right and pull the diaphragm. This forward and backward motion of the liquid from one chamber to the multi-purpose liquid outlet, while filling the opposite liquid chamber through the manifold inlet. After the change, the liquid part that was filled in the previous shift is filled into the output manifold and fills the adjoining room through the input multi-purpose. Smooth transmission allows to reduce the beat at the output. How is an electric diaphragm pump pumped? It is important to know that power diaphragm pumps do not have a fixed connection to the center section. When the pressure outside the central part is greater than the pressure inside the central part, a pressureless diaphragm will form. The center section continues to move left / right, but the apertures do not move so that the outside pressure is lower than the pressure inside the center section.
