Product Description
Gear pump The gear shaft pump of the drive shaft is connected to the drive gear of the hydraulic pump with a thorn. The spinning wheel is engaged with the drive gear and both rotate together. The gears of the gears involved seal the inlet and outlet valves of the gear pump relative to each other. As the gears rotate, the gears of the two gears open at the inlet of the gear pump. The opening of the teeth creates a volumetric suction and expansion in this part and causes the fluid to be pushed into the pump due to the air pressure in the tank. This fluid is then directed to the output valve of the pump in the empty space between the gears of the gears and the body of the gear pump. In this part, the teeth of the two gears approach each other and cause the fluid to be pushed outwards. Sealing between the teeth does not allow oil to pass through the center of the gear pump and return to the inlet. There are two types of gear gear pumps: external and internal. In this section, different types of gear pumps from reputable brands are introduced. Hydraulic pumps can be supplied in different types. One of these types of pumps is gear pump. Which are in two types of internal gear pumps and external gear pumps. Gear pumps are among the positive displacement pumps. These pumps have a shell in which the gears are located close to each other and this type of position causes the fluid to move and transfer. The main movement of these pumps is rotational. In these pumps, there is a limited volume for each turn. It moves from fluid. Gear pumps have two gears that are engaged in each other and eventually cause fluid pumping. Between these two gears, one of them is the actuator and causes the other to rotate. Physical contact between the gears causes some of the fluid to move between the input and output ports, and the space inside the pump housing is completely sealed. There are different types of gear pumps, including: 1. Internal Gear Pump 2. External Gear Pumps 3. Lobe Pump 4. Screw Pump 5. Geroto pumps
